Welcome to Wobble.

A series of photo-realistic oil paintings by artist Katie Barron, exploring the colourful and often unsettling cuisine that is jelly. Whether you love it or hate it, there's something about a trembling jelly mould that is completely captivating.

Chef Sam Pinkard at Saint John took on the creative brief and came up with a series of boundary-pushing jellied delights, which were served to attendees of the exhibition opening.

This project was made possible by the Australian Government's Regional Arts Fund, which supports the arts in regional and remote Australia, as well as a Launceston City Council Small Events Sponsorship grant.
